London West Area Meeting (LWAM) has agreed to meet on the following days
during 2011.

Saturday 18 June 11:00 am Brentford & Isleworth (followed by
lunch at 1:30 pm)
Saturday 16 July 2:30 pm Staines & Egham
Sunday 18 September 2:30 pm Ealing
Sunday 16 October 2:30 pm Westminster
Saturday 19 November 2:30 pm Harrow
Meetings with a 2:30pm start will be preceded by lunch, exact time to be notified

EGHAM MEETING: PEACE TESTIMONY
AS A CONTRIBUTION TO PEACE 350*:
We believe we cannot improve upon the message of London Yearly Meeting 1943 as follows:
“True peace cannot be dictated, it can only be built in co-operation between all peoples. None of
us, no nation, no citizen is free from some responsibility for this situation with its conflicting
difficulties………it requires that all peoples should recognise their common humanity using
integrity, reason, patience and love, never acquiescing in the ways of the oppressor, always
ready to suffer with the oppressed.
Now is the time to issue an open invitation to co-operate in creative peace making, to declare our
willingness to make sacrifices of national prestige, wealth and standards of living for the common
good of all peoples.
